Bob is a Penticton native that has returned to serve the athletic community. He was an athlete growing up playing hockey, soccer, golf and skiing/snowboarding at Apex. He went on to pursue junior hockey and an education from Minot State University while playing hockey. Bob obtained his Bachelors of Athletic Training with honours and obtained his Certifications in Athletic Therapy (CAT(C)), Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). He is currently pursuing his Masters of Rehabilitation Science through the University of British Columbia.
Bob spent the past five seasons working at the Okanagan Hockey Academy as an Athletic Therapist and Strength & Conditioning coach. He spent one season as the Acting Manager of Athletic Therapy & Medical Services where he oversaw the injuries and rehabilitation of all 160 athletes.
Bob has always wanted to come home to help grow and serve the athletic community of Penticton as he felt this was an area that was lacking during his athletic days. He looks forward to helping serve you whether it be for Strength & Conditioning, Injury Assessment or Rehabilitation.
